I left yesterday morning about 1030 to have brunch with one of my very favorite friends Kristin. I was hearing all the crazy details about their triple break-in during the middle of Sunday night when Judah had a huge BLOW OUT in the middle of breakfast and I got a little poop on my fingers. My fingers survived, and, despite Kristin’s husband Jay confronting the burglars, everyone made it out unscathed. I took a joy ride around Austin for about an hour to let my baby get a little shut eye, and then headed home with dreams of and afternoon of sewing throw pillows for my couch. I thought it was really strange how many cops were swarming the neighborhood as I pulled onto my street… but crazier things have definitely happened. When I pulled up to my house… I found what they were looking for. TOTAL BUMMER! We were robbed. (Don’t worry, Jen, the burglars weren’t interested in my bridesmaid dress! Thank goodness!) What could make you more excited about this Fall and Thanksgiving than Judah propped up against pumpkins? Isn’t he the cutest thing?! I admit that this was no easy photo shoot. My baby boy does NOT like for me to put him down for any reason. What can I say? Apparently he’s a people-person. Unfortunately for me, there are no people in his crib during nap time. 😉 Wouldn’t it be fun to have holiday portraits done this year? Let me know if you’re thinking about it and I’ll point you the right direction! Email caseyrosenbaumphotography@gmail.com! |
